BRANCODEK takes the protection of your data seriously, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). This page explains, in plain language, what data this website collects, why, where it is stored and what your rights are.

1. What data we collect

When you fill out the assessment form on this website, we collect: your name, your WhatsApp number and your answers about your business operations (industry, AI use, website, sales/CRM, customer service, content, data/metrics). If you leave the form halfway through, the name and phone number you have entered up to that point are also saved — so we can still reach you on WhatsApp even if you don't finish.

2. Why we collect it

Only to: (a) put together your personalized assessment, (b) start a conversation with you on WhatsApp about the results and (c), if you don't finish, allow BRANCODEK to contact you anyway. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

3. Where your data is stored

Form responses are stored by Netlify (the company that hosts this website, based in the United States), using its Netlify Forms feature. BRANCODEK is the one who accesses and uses this data — Netlify acts only as an infrastructure provider. The conversation that continues on WhatsApp takes place directly between you and BRANCODEK, subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and ads

This website uses the Meta Pixel (Meta is the company that owns Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel. They store cookies in your browser to record that you visited the website and whether you left your contact details, finished the assessment or clicked through to WhatsApp. We use this only to measure the results of our ads and to show BRANCODEK ads to people who already know the website (remarketing). Your name and your form answers are not sent to these platforms. TikTok may receive the WhatsApp number entered in the form in encrypted form (an irreversible code, not the actual number), used only to measure whether an ad led to a contact.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account (Accounts Center → Ad preferences) and in TikTok (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Each platform processes data according to its own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as the business relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it. After that, the data is deleted, except for anything the law requires us to keep for a set period.

6. Your rights

At any time, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, request its deletion or withdraw your consent. Just message us on the WhatsApp number on this website — BRANCODEK will reply within 15 days, as required by the LGPD.
